Pumpkin Purée :
1⃣Slice Pumpkin in Half, carve out seeds.
2⃣Brush Flesh of Pumpkin with butter or Margarine.
3⃣ Place Pumpkin on baking sheet and Roast til flesh is tender. Let cool
4⃣Scoop out the soft Pumpkin, removing the peel.
5⃣ Purée the Pumpkin using and food processor or blender.
6⃣ Pour purée into Cheese Cloth and string up to remove excess liquids. About 1-2 hours .
7⃣ Remove from cloth and refrigerate.
Preheat oven 425degrees
Mix Together :
2 cups pumpkin purée
1 can condensed milk (14oz)
1/3 tsp nutmeg
1/16 tsp fresh ginger
Pour mixture into fresh or frozen Pie Crust
Bake at 425 for around 15 minutes
Bring heat down to 350degrees, bake 30-40 minutes or until center is fully cooked. ( check by running a knife through the center)

I love this fish it’s so light and flakey ☺️ I wanted to fry it with a Thai Chili sauce but @dubldee thought it best to bake em. And everyone knows you have to listen to a pregnant woman ( or you will get a sty in your eye!!)
I stuffed it with spicy preserved lemons and turned out to be pretty good 😁
